8. Minutes of Proceeding of the Meeting.
- The Minutes of proceedings of every' meeting shall be recorded under the instructions of the Presiding Officer in Hindi in Devanagri Script in accordance with the procedure-prescribed in the Act. The proceedings book shall he in Form "C" appended to these rules.
