21. Accounts, audit, annual report.
(1)The accounts and records of a market committee shall be maintained and the accounts audited, in the prescribed manner.(2)Every market committee shall prepare an annual statement of accounts and an annual report in the prescribed manner and submit the same to such authority as may be prescribed.
