Section 1 in The Bihar Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1948

(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1948.(2)It extends to the whole of the [State] [Substituted by Para. 4(1) of the A.L.O. for 'Province'.] of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force at once.
