Section 2(j) in Himachal Pradesh Private Medical Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2006
(j)"Private Medical Educational Institution" means an institution not promoted or run by the Central Government, State Government or Union Territory Administration of any agency or instrumentality of the Central or State Government;
