This Court vide its order dated 15.10.2014, while dealing with a number of civil appeals, allowed the one aforementioned. Being aggrieved, the respondent in Civil Appeal no. 2642 of 2012, has moved this review petition.
We have carefully perused the petition for review and the papers annexed in support thereof. We do not find any ground therein warranting reconsideration of the order impugned.
The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed both on the ground of delay and on merits.
