Section 29(1) in Haryana Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2018
(1)The Government shall constitute a Rehabilitation and Resettlement Committee at project level to monitor and review the progress and implementation of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme and to carry out post-implementation social audits in consultation with the Gram Sabha in the rural area and Municipality, Municipal Council or Municipal Corporation, as the case may be, in the urban area.
