08. 04.02.2009Although this second appeal was admitted, substantial questions of law were framed and notices were issued to the respondents on 18.10.1995, but the records were not called for from the courts below and hence the records have not yet been sent.
In the said circumstances, let the records of the case be called for from the courts below by special messenger cost of which shall be deposited by learned counsel for the appellants by Monday next (09.02.2009) positively.
Office is directed to immediately send the special messenger after the cost is deposited so that the records are available in this court within two weeks.
