Petitioners ...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their DKT patta lands situated in Sy. No. 136 - 4 and 5 of Chinmayanagar, Rapthadu Mandal, Ananthapuramu District without issuing any notices to them and without following the due process of law as highly illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violate of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and also violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents herein not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of their DKT patta lands in Sy No.136 - 4 and 5 situated in Chinmayanagar, Rapthadu Mandal, Ananthapuramu District.
