Section 19 in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973
19. Fishing.
(1)Fishing by any means is prohibited inside the reserve forest except with a valid permit issued by the divisional Forest Officer.(2)Fishing under a permit shall be allowed for the use of rods or lines only.
