Section 16(a) in Rajasthan Government Servants' General Provident Fund Rules, 1997
(a)After fifteen years of service (including broken periods of service, if any) or within ten years before the date of his retirement whichever is earlier to the extent and for specified purposes as mentioned in Rule 17.
