Section 12(2)(c) in Tamil Nadu Non-Trading Companies Rules, 1981

(c)Three copies of the following documents submitted to the company in general meeting for each of the two financial years immediately preceding the date of the application, or when the company has functioned only for such financial year for such year :-
(i)the profit and loss account;
(ii)the balance-sheet;
(iii)the annual report of the board of directors; and
(iv)the audit reports;
