Section 64(iii) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
(iii)The Khasra shall be written on the spot after field inspection, taking into consideration the actual, facts and possession. All relevant information shall be gathered by the Patwari on the basis of elaborate inqxriries made by him locally.
