- Retail vendors of country spirit shall take their supplies from the warehouse which is established for the area in which retail shops are situated, and at such strength or strengths as may from time to time be prescribed by the Chief Commissioner for retail sale. For special reasons the Collector may permit retail vendors to take their supplies from any other warehouse assigned to the same contractor.
