Section 8 in The National Security Guard Rules, 1987
8. Ineligibility of aliens.
- No person who is not a citizen of India shall, except with the consent of the Central Government signified in writing, be appointed, or employed in the Security Guard :Provided that nothing contained in this rule shall bar the appointment or employment of a subject of Nepal or Bhutan in the Security Guard.
