Need To Bring A Legislation To Ban Superstitions- Laid on 11 March, 2020
Seventeenth Loksabha > Title: Need to bring a legislation to ban superstitions- Laid SHRI K. SUBBARAYAN (TIRUPPUR): India needs a legislation against superstitions. What should be incorporated the law should be debated. Imperative need of the hour is a strong law that will ban common occult culture and superstitions. Since a law alone cannot bring about a change, scientific temper should be encouraged by including it at the level of school curriculum. Political parties and public should be encouraged to promote it through state sponsored campaigns. This Government should initiate the process right now.
