Section 108(1) in The National Security Guard Rules, 1987
(1)Where in consequence of anything arising while the Court is sitting, the court is unable by reason of dissolution as specified in section 68 or otherwise, to continue the trial, the presiding officer or, in his absence the senior member present, shall immediately report the facts to the convening authority.
