Section 19(1)(a) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015

(a)The Board/Committee shall take cognizance of such violation by print or electronic media and shall initiate necessary inquiry and pass appropriate orders as per provisions contained in sub-Section (2) of Section 21 of the Act; and;
