Section 11 in The Maharashtra Regulation of Sugarcane Price (Supplied to Factories) Act, 2013
11. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against Government or any officer or official for anything which is done or purported to have been done in good faith in pursuance of any provisions of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
