Section 15(1) in Himachal Pradesh Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette of the State of Himachal Pradesh, subject to previous publication, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
