Section 1 in The Chhattisgarh Tonahi Pratadna Nivaran Act, 2005
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Tonahi Pratadna Nivaran Adhiniyam, 2005.(2)It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
