13. Register of Clinical Establishments.
(1)The Supervisory Authority shall maintain a register indicating category wise list of Clinical Establishments licensed to operate in its jurisdiction. The information shall be in the public domain and shall be available on demand to the General Public.(2)The Register shall be prepared and updated in the format prescribed in Schedule 6 (Table 1) which may be amended from time to time.
