Section 62 in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963
62. Power of State Government to amend Schedule.
The State Government may, after consulting the Market Committee concerned by notification in the Official Gazette, add to, amend or cancel any of the items of agricultural produce specified in the Schedule.
