Section 1 in Haryana Tax on Entry of Goods Into Local Areas Act, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Haryana Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2008.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana.(3)It shall come into force with immediate effect.
