Section 13(1) in The Rajasthan Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1959
(1)Before stamping any weight, measure or weighing or measuring instrument, the Inspector shall satisfy himself that such weight, measure, weighing or measuring instrument complies with the requirements of the Act and these rules.
