Section 16(1) in The M.P. Vyavsayik Parkisha Mandal Adihniyam, 2007
(1)It shall be the duty of the Chairperson to ensure that the provisions of this Act and the regulations arc faithfully followed and he shall have all the powers necessary for this purpose.
