If a Judge upon a perusal of a sessions statement or upon examination of periodical returns orders -(i)the record to be sent for, the Registrar shall send for the record and on receipt thereof shall submit it the Judge who passed the order;(ii)a rule to issue, the Registrar shall fix a day for hearing and shall cause notices to issue in the prescribed form;(iii)the record to be sent for and rule to issue, the Registrar shall fix a day for hearing shall issue notices in the prescribed form and send for the record;
