Section 9(a) in The Chota Nagpur Tenancy Rules, 1959
(a)if the person to whom any process is addressed has an agent empowered to accept service, or placed in charge of the management of his zamindari business in connection with the landed-property to which the suit or proceeding, in which the process is issued, relates, service of such process on such agent shall be sufficient;
