Section 3(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990
(1)In accordance with the provisions of section 30 the Registrar shall by letter inform the following Executive Officers and Other Members that the Executive Council is being constituted and that they are appointed ex-officio members of the Executive Council.-(a)The Vice-Chancellor - ex-officio Chairman,(b)The Director of Agriculture or an Additional Director of Agriculture,(c)The Director of Animal Husbandry,(d)The Director of Horticulture,(e)The Chief Conservator of Forests.
