Section 16E(1) in Punjab Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1973
(1)The proceedings of each meeting of the Committee showing the names of the members present thereat shall be forwarded to each member and to the Board as soon as possible after the meeting and in any case seven days before the next meeting.
