30. Head of Departments.
(1)There shall be a Head for each of the [Departments or Centers] [Substituted 'Departments' by Maharashtra Act No. 76 of 2018, dated 17.12.2018.] in the university.(2)The powers, functions, appointments and terms and conditions of service of the Head of the [Departments or Centers] [Substituted 'Departments' by Maharashtra Act No. 76 of 2018, dated 17.12.2018.] shall be such as may be prescribed by the regulations.
