5 29-06-2015Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for two weeks' time to enable him to file replies to the counter affidavits filed on Patna High Court CWJC No.4878 of 2015 (5) dt.29-06-2015 4 behalf of the State as also the Bihar State Beverage Corporation Ltd.
As prayed for by learned counsels for the parties, put up on 24.7.2015 at 11.30 A.M. Except in the case of C.W.J.C. No.7115 of 2015 and C.W.J.C. No.4922 of 2015, the petitioners of the other writ petitions shall deposit 75% of differential amounts which have now become due by Ist July, 2015.
