(1)Subject to the control of the State Government, the Commissioner of Police may raise a force of special police-officers and a force of Traffic Wardens for the town of Calcutta and may also disband such a force without assigning any reason or serving any notice and without payment of any compensation of damages whatsoever to any member of the force.
