Section 7(1)(c) in Bhagwant Global University Act, 2016

(c)to hold examinations for, and to institute grant and confer degrees or other academic distinction to, and on, persons, who;
(i)have pursued a course of study in the University or through its distance education system at Regional Centre/Study Centre/Career Academy Centre; or
(ii)have carried on research in the University or in an approval constituent body or under its distance education center program;
