Section 11(4) in THE INSTITUTE OF TEACHING AND RESEARCH IN AYURVEDA ACT, 2020
(4)Subject to such rules as may be made by the Central Government in this behalf, the Institute may appoint Deputy Director (Undergraduate), Deputy Director (Postgraduate) and Deputy Director (Pharmacy) and such number of other officers and employees as may be necessary for the exercise of its powers and discharge of its functions and the designations and grades of other officers and employees shall be such as may be specified by regulations:Provided that the Director of Shree Gulabkunverba Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Jamnagar shall be deemed to have been appointed as the first Deputy Director (Undergraduate) of the Institute:Provided further that the Director of the Indian Institute of Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jamnagar shall be deemed to have been appointed as the first Deputy Director (Pharmacy) under this Act.
