Section 12 in The Orissa District Planning Committees Rules, 2000
12. Ballot box.
(1)Every ballot box shall be of such design as may be decided by the Returning Officer.(2)Separate ballot boxes shall be used for election to seats in the Committee, pertaining to Zilla Parishad and Municipalities within the district.
