No one appears for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the JPSC is present.

Petitioners sought publication of the result of 5 th Combined Civil Services (P.T.) Exam-2013 held by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission on 15.12.2003.

Petitioners are conscious of the fact that they committed error in the filling of OMR sheet and their answer sheets could not be evaluated by computerized evaluation system adopted by the JPSC.

It is stated by learned counsel for the JPSC that even in the admit card such as Annexure-1 issued to the individual petitioners, it is categorically stated that incomplete/incorrect filling/shadowing of the bubbles on OMR sheet would lead to invalidation of the answer sheet and shall be sole responsibility of the candidate.

Learned counsel for the JPS, therefore, submits that departure from the laid down conditions could not be made in cases of individual persons if they have incorrectly filled up the OMR sheet contrary to the instructions.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts, no inference can be made in the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
