(11)Poverty Alleviation Programme:-(a)promotion of public awareness and participation in poverty alleviation programmes for fuller employment and creation of productive assets;(b)selection of beneficiaries under various programmes through Gram Sabha; and(c)participation in effective implementation and monitoring.
