Section 1 in The Ambaji Area Development and Pilgrimage Tourism Governance Act, 2020
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Ambaji Area Development and Pilgrimage Tourism Governance Act, 2020.(2)It shall extend to the Pilgrimage Tourism development area as declared under section 3.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
