Section 39 in The Bodoland Autonomous Council Act, 1993
39. Meetings.
- Tire Chief of the Bodoland Executive Council shall preside over meetings of the General Council and the Executive Council. The Executive Council shall meet not less than once in every three months for the transaction of business at such place and at such time as the Chief of the Bodoland Executive may direct.
