Section 201 in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
201. Making or altering drains without authority.
- Whoever, without the permission of the Commissioner makes or causes to be made, or alters or causes to be altered, any drain, leading into any of the drains vested in the Corporation, shall be punished with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
