Section 68 in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
68. Applicability.
- 68.1 These Regulations shall apply for determination of tariff for retail sale of electricity by a Distribution Licensee to his consumers:Provided that in case of distribution of electricity in the same area by two or more Distribution Licensees, the Commission may fix the maximum ceiling of tariff for retail sale of electricity and may be guided by principles contained in these regulations in fixing such tariff.
