(a)"Appointing authority" in relation to the post of tracer in the office of the Chief Engineer, means the Executive Engineer-cum-Personal Assistant to the Chief Engineer, in respect of the post of tracer in Division Office means the Executive Engineer In-charge of the concerned Division, and in respect of the post of Draftsman and Computer means the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation Department, Uttar Pradesh;
