Section 21(1) in The Bihar Development of Homeopathic System of Medicine (Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Correct Minutes of the Meetings of the Board) Rules, 1954
(1)Subject to the consent of the majority of the Members present at the meeting, the President may at any time adjourn any meeting to any future day or to an hour of the same day.
