118. Amendment of section 240A.- In section 240A of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- section (1),-(i) the words" any managing agent or secretaries and treasurers or" shall be omitted;
(ii)the words" or any associate of such managing agent or secretaries and treasurers" shall be omitted;(b)in sub- section (3), the words" the managing agent, or the secretaries and treasurers or the associate of such managing agent or secretaries and treasurers or" shall be omitted.
