Section 6(1) in M.P. Industrial Relations Rules, 1961
(1)If any person who name is included in a panel prepared under Rule 3 dies or tenders his resignation his name shall be removed from the panel and the name of any other person eligible therefor may be included in the manner provided in sub-rule (1) of Rule 3.
