Section 29(1) in Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (Chennai) Act, 1987
(1)There shall be a Standing Academic Board of the University which shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, the statutes and the ordinances, co-ordinate and exercise general supervision over the academic affairs of the University.
