Section 597(1)(c) in Jharkhand Municipal Act, 2011

(c)with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees for every day during which the contravention continues, after the receipt by the person contravening the regulation of a notice requiring such person to discontinue such contravention from the Municipal Commissioner or the Executive Officer or any other officer of the municipality, duly authorized in that behalf.
