Section 7 in The M.P. Licensing Board (Electrical) Regulations, 1960
7. Decision of the Board.
- (i) All matters requiring a decision of the Board shall be decided either at a meeting or by circulation of relevant papers among the members of the Board.(ii)All questions placed before a meeting shall be decided by majority of votes of members of the Board, present and voting.(iii)All questions circulated among the member of the Board shall be decided in accordance with the opinion expressed in writing by the majority.
