Section 2(a) in Rajasthan Forest Subordinate Service Rules, 2015
(a)"Appointing Authority" means the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Forest Force), Rajasthan and includes any other person to whom such powers in this behalf have been delegated by a special order of Government;
