1. At the outset, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to SALGAONKAR 1 of 2 ::: Uploaded on - 19/07/2023 ::: Downloaded on - 20/07/2023 03:19:17 ::: 40 ba 2104-21.doc amend the bail application, as to place on record copy of certain documents. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week. Copy of the amended application be served on the learned Counsel for the Respondent.
2. By order dated 13th June, 2023, this Court had permitted the Applicant to take treatment under Dr. Pravin Amin at Bombay Hospital at his own costs. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant had earlier filed application before PMLA Court for medical bail, and that the Applicant has been granted bail. However, he has not been released since he is in custody in other crimes.
3. It is stated that pursuant to the order dated 13.06.2023, and 04.07.2023, the Applicant continues to be in Bombay Hospital. The Applicant has placed on record certificate issued by Dr. Pravin Amin, indicating that the Applicant is still under treatment. Order dated 13.06.2023 is extended till the next date. Call for medical report from the concerned doctor.
